Spain & Portugal

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
Orders under €80: €4.90 shipping fee.

Balearic Islands

Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days.
Orders under €85: €7.90 shipping fee.
For certain shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, we may request additional information required to process the shipment.
Orders over €150 may be subject to import taxes or customs duties.

Canary Islands

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.
Orders under €85: €12.90 shipping fee.
For certain shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, we may request additional information required to process the shipment.
Orders over €150 may be subject to import taxes or customs duties.

International Shipping

Europe: 4–8 business days.
Rest of the world: Coming soon.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other local charges in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

HIWAVE is responsible for shipping the order, but any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Delays, Order Cancellations & Special Conditions

During periods of high demand, such as new collection launches, Black Friday, or the Christmas season, order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
HIWAVE cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
As orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests may not always be possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, destination, carrier performance, or other external factors. They should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain.
While we strive to provide the best possible shipping service, exceptional circumstances beyond our control may require us to cancel an order. If this occurs, the customer will be notified within 24 business hours, and a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date they receive their order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after this period.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1

Send an email to info@hiwave-brand.com including:

Your full name.
Your order number.
The product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
The reason for the return or exchange.

Step 2

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Step 3

The item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and must be:

Unused.
Unwashed.
In perfect condition.
Returned with all original tags attached.

Step 4

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–10 business days.

Step 5

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

HIWAVE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

Order Tracking & Contact

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
